Pet Policy

Pets will be an additional $30.00 for one pet and $60.00 for two pets, per month and payment is to be included with rent by the first of each month. Weight and breed type restrictions apply.  There is a limit of two pets per unit. A non-refundable fee of $300.00 per pet will be due at move-in. Exotic pets, such as snakes, rodents, uncaged birds, reptiles, insects, ferrets, spiders etc. will not be permitted. We also do have breed restrictions for Dogs.
